At Beast Monster, we strive to provide you with high-quality supplement products. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us promptly at connect@beastmonster.in . We are committed to addressing any concerns you may have.

Refund & Replace Policy

Since we sell food products, replacements or refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • Non-Receipt of Items: If you do not receive your order within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and offer a refund if the shipment is untraceable or significantly delayed beyond our control.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We understand that it may not be feasible to return opened packets. In such cases, please take photos of the damaged or defective items and send them to us via email at connect@beastmonster.in or via WhatsApp at +91 6238 404 142. We will assist you accordingly and may offer a replacement as the first preference.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may require cancelling an order. Please note the following guidelines:

  • We do not recommend cancellations after orders are placed. However, if you have serious reasons to cancel, please email us at connect@beastmonster.in or message us on WhatsApp +91 6238 404 142 with your order ID within 8 hours of placing the order.
  • If a cancellation is successful, the refund amount will be issued after deducting any transaction fees incurred during the initial purchase
  • Once an order is processed for shipping, we cannot guarantee cancellation. In such cases, you may return the item as per our Return Policy after delivery.
