Shipping & Delivery Policy
- We strive to ship orders within 12-24 hours of receiving them, excluding Sundays and national holidays.
- Delivery times vary depending on the delivery location.
- For major courier-serviced areas, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
- For areas serviced by India Post, delivery may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
- Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen logistical challenges beyond our control, for which we are not liable.
- Beast Monster reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion if delivery is unusually delayed or if the shipment is untraceable. Refunds will be issued promptly to your original payment method.
Shipment Processing Time:

- All orders received before 11 a.m. are processed and shipped the same day.
- Delivery times are estimated as follows:
- Inside Kerala: 2-3 business days.
- Throughout India: 3-6 business days.
- Orders placed on Sundays and holidays will be processed on the next business day. We strive to ship orders on Sundays and holidays but cannot guarantee delivery on these days.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after the email is sent.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages:
Beast Monster is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.
